GREENBOOST is an AI, product and growth studio providing consulting, design and engineering services to businesses and founders. The Site presents our studio and our work, and provides ways to get in touch, send a project brief, or book a discovery call.

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of, the Site by any third party. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its underlying systems, or any data transmitted through it.

Specific engagements — scope, deliverables, timeline, fees and any commitments between GREENBOOST and a client — are governed exclusively by a separate signed proposal, quote (“devis”) or service agreement, and not by these Terms.

In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a signed client agreement, the client agreement prevails for matters relating to that engagement.

Unless otherwise agreed in a specific client agreement, all intellectual property rights in the Site's content — including the GREENBOOST name and logo, page design, copy and case study presentations — remain the exclusive property of [[À COMPLÉTER : raison sociale]]. Client names, logos and project descriptions featured in our case studies are used with permission and remain the property of their respective owners.

The Site and its content are provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We make reasonable efforts to keep the information on the Site accurate and up to date but do not guarantee its completeness or accuracy at all times.
